Refund policy

Our returns process could not be easier. If once you have tried on your item, you decide you want a refund, simply contact us to initiate your return.

Asantii is happy to accept returns that comply with our returns policy:

  • You have within 14 days from delivery to request a full refund. Your returns number will be emailed to you once your return has been initiated. Please note any shipment charges or import duties paid will not be refunded.
  • Unsuitable item(s) must be returned within 14 days of receiving your returns number and shipping labels. Returns received outside of this window may not be processed or may only be refunded as a store credit.
  • Item(s) must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in perfect condition, with all labels intact, and in its original packaging. Returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original packaging may not be accepted and may be sent back to customers.
  • Returns can only be processed from within the same country to which the order was originally delivered.
  • Footwear must be tried on in a manner that protects the soles. To be returned all shoes must be unmarked and in their original and undamaged packaging.
  • Accessories and jewellery must be returned in the same condition it arrived in, with all branded labels and packaging intact.
  • All face masks are final sale - for hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on face masks.
  • Returns are not applicable for items that have been made to order or customised by you.

If your item is faulty (i.e., received damaged or with a manufacturing fault), please contact us at customercare@asantii.com.

returning your purchase

Please email us at customercare@asantii.com with your order number in the subject area and inform us of the reason for your return. Upon receiving your request, our Customer Care team will send you your pre-paid shipping label along with the documents you will need to print and attach in a visible position on the outside of the package. You are responsible for repackaging and shipping your item on time.

receiving your refund

All successful refunds will be credited to the original payment method in the original currency. The cost of shipping your refund is your responsibility so all related charges will be deducted from your refund amount. Please note due to various processing times between payment providers, refunds can take up to up to 10 days to reflect in your account. Your original shipping charges will not be refunded unless the item is faulty.

We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience easy. We monitor the number of returns made by customers and continued returns in breach of our terms and conditions will be flagged and may, at our discretion, lead to the closure of your Asantii account or future orders being refused.
